The prices for theses services are provided on an indicative basis and do not have any contractual value. Each project is unique ; it is therefore recommended to contact the studio in order to receive the project quotation, created according to your specific needs.

All of the following services can be carried out remotely (excluding the prior declaration of work and building permit) ~ by phone call, video call or email !

INTERIOR DESIGN CONSULTANCY

You are in need of ideas and advice on interior styling ?
~ Phone call & photos sent previously / Video call
~ Advice on color scheme, lighting design, interior styling, home staging, room layouts
~ Quick interior design sketches
~ After the session, you will receive a brief report of what we discussed - advices, recommandations, potential sketches
Cost
~ Phone call and expert advice (one to two rooms of your choice) - 1 hour : 100 €
~ Additional hour : 80€

You want to increase your home's value before selling ? You want to add value to your property to secure better renting ?

~ Recommandations on how to add value to your home (declutter your space, bring your interior decor up to date, upcycle your old furniture)
~ 2D floor plan and photos of your current property with annotations and advices
~ 2D floor plan of the future layout, with annotations

PHOTO - EDITING
INTERIOR DESIGN
~ flat fee of 90€ ~
You want to visualize your personal interior design idea ?
~ You first need to send a picture of the room where you want to make changes : paint walls, change your lighting, change your flooring, add furniture...
~ Through the use of a software, your picture is edited according to your wants and needs and allows you to better visualize your interior design idea before making the real changes !
Cost
~ Flat fee of 90€ for one edited picture

CUSTOM FURNITURE DESIGN
~ starting price : 90€ ~
You need someone to design your custom furniture - bookcase, walk-in closet... ?
~ Study of your project according to the dimensions and your ideas regarding your future custom furniture
~ 2D Plan / Elevation with dimensions
~ 3D Technical Drawing with dimensions
~ Photo editing of your furniture in your home
Cost
~ Minimust cost of 90€ ; the price is increased according to the custom furniture dimensions.

PRIOR DECLARATION OF WORK
BUILDING PERMIT
~ personalized pricing ~
You need help to submit an application for a prior declaration of work/building permit and to create the required documents (Ile d'Oléron and its surroundings) ?
~ A prior declaration of work is mandatory for new contructions (garage, dependency, etc.) or works on an existing construction which lead to the creation of a floor area or a floor space up to 40m², if located in an urban area.
~ A building permit, without the use of an architect, is mandatory for new constructions or works on an existing construction which lead to the creation of a floor area up to 150m².
~ Creation of the required documents (location plan, ground plan, sectional plan, elevations and facades, notice, graphic document)
Cost
~ The cost is personalized and based on a quotation, created according to your specific needs and the informations you can provide on your existing construction and your project.
